Javeth Carrion is a 2026 SS/RHP/1B with a 6-1 154 lb. frame from San Juan, PR who attends IBAHS. Recorded a 7.15 second 60-yard dash time. Strongly build frame with a high waist, long build, and room for more. Primary shortstop with soft hands and a three-quarters arm slot. Longer through the back and shows good body control. Nice ability to maintain on the charge with very good arm strength up to 87 mph across. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a fastball-heavy approach. Mixed in a curveball and changeup but showed good life on the fastball up to 84 mph. Switch hitter with a high hand set and a narrow, open start. Has some power from the left side with similar levels of bat speed. Intriguing upside from an offensive perspective. Good student.
