Ricardo Ramirez Vazquez is a 2023 2B/C, IF with a 5-2 126 lb. frame from Sabana Grande, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Compact, wiry build with athletic traits in the frame. Ran a 7.49 in the 60-yard dash. Primary infielder, fields it well on a clean backhand. Solid intent to throws across the diamond with a developing transfer. Efficient mover to either side with a good pair of hands. Right-handed hitter, open stance and narrow base with medium hand set and stride into contact. Good timing in the hands with some pop the other way. Stayed up the middle and showed feel to go the other way with intent. Has rhythm and feel with developing strength. Very good student.
