Nicholas Youngblood is a 2025 C/IF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Pinson, AL who attends Clay-Chalkville. Recorded a 7.49 60-yard dash. Primary catcher with a medium build. Begins from a higher stance behind the dish and was athletic out of the crouch. Gained ground well with a quick transfer. Was accurate with arm and recorded a 1.95 pop time in drills. Secondary infielder and showed solid fundamentals, ranging comfortably up the middle. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wide base with even feet. Clean swing and repeated it well throughout round. Stroke is hands-oriented and sprayed liners to all fields. Tremendous student.
