Brady Griffin is a 2025 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Brandon, MS who attends Hartfield Academy. He ran a 7.87 second sixty. A primary left-handed pitcher with a plus body with some projection left moving forward. On the mound he filled up the zone with a quick delivery and fast arm stroke from an angled three-quarters arm slot, the fastball sat 77-80 mph with occasional sinking action as he hids the ball well through the back of a longer arm stroke, the breaking ball showed shorter bite in the upper 60's as a pitch to keep hitters honest on the fastball. In the outfield he works behind the ball well with short footwork as he comes through with an average arm stroke and carry on the throws. At first he carries the glove out front receiving the ball out front with two hands as he carries his momentum into the throws with average arm strength across the diamond. Left-hand hitter, starts narrow with an open stance, he showed developing bat speed with feel for the barrel and some strength in the hands as he worked best to the pull side.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
