2021 South Top Prospect Games at Texas A&M
Gannon Moore is a 2022 RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Shallowater, TX who attends Shallowater. Lean projectable frame, Moore showed good potential across his game. Primary right-handed pitcher, he was up 82 with life and spun the breaking ball well landing in the zone. Heavy fastball look has some late sink action and curveball is tight with good 11/5 shape. He mixed well missing barrels and drawing contact for outs, effective outing. In the outfield he has a good fundamental base with a quick catch and release, playable actions overall with more to engage. Left-handed hitter, very loose barrel has some bat speed to it. Active hands pre-pitch work quickly to contact with good carry. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
