Knox Hayslip is a 2025 SS/2B, OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Lebanon, TN who attends Friendship Christian. Ran a 7.29 second sixty. Primary short stop with an average build. Does a nice job playing with the glove out front on the approach receiving the ball away from the body with confidence bringing it into the mid line and making accurate throws with an ability to change the arm angle on the move. Right-handed hitter, starts with a narrow base using a leg lift trigger to get to a strong base with little hand movement pre-swing. The ball comes off the barrel well when he gets to extension at contact with a slight uphill plane to the swing path using the middle of the field. Excellent student.
