2022 Fall Northeast Showcase
Kevin Fajardo is a 2025 SS/RHP/IF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Brentwood, NY who attends Brentwood. Athletic, high waisted frame with long levers and tons of physical projection remaining. Recorded a 7.15 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with athletic actions into the fielding process, a clean funnel out in-front and plenty of arm strength across the diamond. Works downhill through the baseball well, displays good lateral range to either side and has the ability to change arm angles when necessary. Recorded accurate throws up to 87 mph during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from a full windup delivery with a higher, slightly coiled leg lift and good lower half movements down the slope. Fastball worked in the low-80s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 83 mph in this look. Strike thrower with some deception, as he changed arm angles from time-to-time. Landed sweeping slider for strikes, while flashing the ability to manipulate it for swings-and-misses. High upside remaining with more velocity in the tank. Right-handed hitter that hits from a narrow, even base with a high hand set, high back elbow and subtle leg lift trigger. Compact, line drive stroke with some feel for the barrel and quickness to his hands. Gap-to-gap approach with burgeoning power potential that will continue to expand with minor adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student. Named to the 2022 Fall Northeast Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
