Andrew Petrock is a 2026 SS/RHP/C with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Pelham, AL who attends Pelham. A lean frame with room to continue filling out. Ran a 738 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop who was able to take smooth routes to the ball and get through the motion. Was able to get to the backhand and make plays from that position. Clean round with a good funnel to snatch the ball up. A right-handed hitter with an even base. Uses a leg lift trigger with the hands tight to the body. Was able to lift the ball and produce line drives all over the field. Showed off some bat speed, repeating the actions well throughout his round. A right-handed pitcher who was able to fill up the zone with his fastball and curveball. His fastball was up to 81 mph, locating well to the inner-third to right-handed hitters and jam. Showed a curveball with 12-6 actions, getting the pitch to land for a strike, and also as an out-pitch. Longer arm path working through his delivery, worked down the mound, and pieced together a good outing. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
