2022 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Kenyon Singleton is a 2023 C/OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Hobbs, NM who attends Hobbs. Smaller frame with a strong compact build and solid athleticism as well. Ran a 7.22 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slightly turned setup, athletic actions as a whole, quick out of crouch and gains ground well, stays on line with a quick release and generated strong pops with an accurate arm. Righthanded hitter, narrow open start, short load and gets wide in the lower half; swings it hard with good length through the zone, can get uphill and out of the zone early at times but good when he gets the barrel out and worked to the pull side consistently with projectable strength. Also went yard in game action off a quality arm.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
