Rocco Cardinale is a 2024 MIF/RHP/C with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Grosse Pointe Woods, MI who attends Grosse Pointe North. Long and lean build with projectable frame, ran 60 yard dash in 7.49 seconds. Hits from even-based stance, shifts well into swing and stays directional, deep barrel wrap in load, has length out of that load but good bat speed on clean path, projectable hitting tools. Primary middle infielder, clean hands out front, fundamental movements are solid, developing twitch. Also saw catcher reps, stands to throw, has whip to arm path and projectable arm strength in each spot. Pitched as well, gates hip downhill with developing directionality, fastball worked 77-79 mph, flashed looser breaker in mid-60's. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
