2021 Northeast Prospect Showcase
Dimitri Skourides is a 2023 LHP/OF with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Arlington, MA who attends The Winchendon. As a primary LHP, Skourides has a projectable frame and showcased a live arm action from a high 3/4 slot. He pounded the outer half of the plate consistently with a FB that topped 77 mph on the gun and flashed both a plus fading changeup as well as a slurvy breaker with solid depth to it. Skourides successfully controlled AB's and well and should continue to refine as he grows. As a secondary OF, he displayed an aggressive approach to the ball with quick sound transitions. Offensively, Skourides started from an open stance with good lower half rotation to drive balls consistently to the pull side. Ran a 7.67 sixty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.
