Riley Kelly is a 2023 RHP/2B, OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Dallas, GA who attends East Paulding. Medium frame with a young, lean build showing room to fill out physically. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch during his outing. Lifts to the belt as he is balanced at the top. Drives down the hill with a long arm swing in the back before releasing from a three-quarter slot. Whip to the arm present as he released with intent. Will generate more command as he simplifies the delivery and repeats. Fastball was up to 78 mph and mixed in a breaking ball showing depth in the mid-60's. Good Student.
