Jack Peak is a 2024 LHP/1B with a 6-3 218 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Columbus. Big and tall young build with good present strength, especially in his lower half. Side step delivery to a high leg lift, gets down the mound well, high 3/4's arm slot, hides the ball well. Mid-70's fastball topped out at 77 mph, worked his fastball around the zone well, also threw a mid-60's curve ball and change up that were effective when he was mixing. 8.16 runner in the sixty, plays first base on defense when not on the mound. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance with a deep and high hand load, has good timing, longer arm driven swing, flashed some mid field power when he got his hands down in time, can get into his strong lower half more for additional bat speed. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
