Jacques King is a 2025 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-0 147 lb. frame from Rincon, GA who attends Savannah Christian Prep. Long and lean young build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.95 runner in the sixty. Has athletic actions in the outfield, light on his feet and plays with energy, gets on top of his throws well, showed his athleticism with a nice diving catch during the games. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread start with a Joe Morgan elbow loading action, rocks back and in with consistent timing, fires his hips well and develops some bat speed and the ability to create some back spin, showed good pull power in the games and projects well as a hitter. Also pitched, has a high 3/4's arm slot that he will drop lower with intent at times on his fastball, repeats his delivery well and throws lots of strikes. Fastball topped out at 74 mph from the higher slot with nice consistent running action. Curveball showed some depth when he got out front on the release. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
