Jake Ramaglia is a 2023 SS/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-2 160 lb. frame from Coconut Creek, FL who attends Monarch. Medium to large frame with a lean build showing room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.76 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sitting back a bit before working into the baseball. Deep gather as he slows momentum down working into transition. Accurate around the bag with throws as he threw it 70 mph. Secondary Right-handed Pitcher, works into the motion with a deliberate pace. Changed timing up and paused throughout the action. Longer arm stroke as he released from a higher three-quarter slot. Filled up the zone as he went right after hitters. Fastball up to 71 mph and mixed in a breaking ball showing true vertical actions with 12-to-6 movements. Right-Handed Hitter, balanced to start while in line. Shorter leg lift to stride. Casts hands out and works into a linear cut. Looked to go middle-away. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
