Cullen Garner is a 2028 OF/RHP/MIF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Fleming Island, FL. Medium frame with projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.37 seconds. Hits from wide-based stance, lays barrel back into load, swings hard and gets into lower half, pull-side approach, creates leverage, good aggressiveness in swings. Primary outfielder, charges with pace, throws downhill with solid carry, clocked up to 82 mph; also took infield and threw 83 mph across with developing balance to actions. Max effort delivery on the mound with quick tempo, full arm stroke through the back to high 3/4 slot, fastball worked 79-83 mph with good arm side life, sweeps slider well with bite.
