Patrick Litz is a 2023 LHP/OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Prattville, AL who attends Prattville Christian Academy. Ran a 7.02 second sixty. Primary left-handed pitcher with a smaller build. Starts square on the mound with compact footwork in the delivery and a clean arm action through the back up to a three-quarters arm slot. shows some cross fire to the delivery with a fastball sitting 74-78 mph generating some flat arm side run. Showed younger command on the changeup with separation off the fastball as a change of pace. Curveball works top to bottom with solid bite and room to project on the pitch as a solid future offering. Fields the ball on the side in the outfield coming through the ball well and carrying the momentum. Showed young arm strength on the throws with the same long arm action. Left-handed hitter, get the bat head through the zone well with a quick up and down stride to get him on time. Not on plane long but finds the barrel at a fine rate impacting the ball best to the pull side with an efficient use of the lower half. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
