Robert De Benedetti is a 2021 C/2B/3B with a 5-9 186 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Colonial. Medium frame with some physicality to the build. Ran a 7.50 second 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, slightly higher setup but works through it well, very quick from glove to hand, shows solid arm strength on throws and was able to produce solid pops in drills. Also worked out in the infield, moves around the dirt pretty well with good lateral actions, fields it cleanly and shows solid arm strength across. Pitched as well, good rhythm to the delivery, works through an over the top slot with the fastball playing true and showing feel for a an 11-to-5 breaker. Right-handed hitter, sets up open and swings hard, shows good strength in the swing and is able to impact the ball hard with solid exit velocities when squared.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
