Caden Dawson is a 2027 OF/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Blessed Trinity Catholic. Physical build with well proportioned strength and room to add more. Ran a 7.08 sixty yard dash. Primary outfielder, carries momentum through the baseball well with sound footwork, low liner throws with big carry behind them, evident arm strength with a peak velocity of 93 mph in drill work. Also pitched, arm strength carries over to the mound with a fastball up to 86 mph with late life to it. Controlled mover down the mound with a strong backside and a high 3/4 release. Curveball flashed two plane action and power in the low 70's. Has the stuff to miss a ton of bats. Left handed hitter, pre set load to start with an even base and slight bend at the knees, controlled violence in the swing with explosive hands and fast rotation in the hips, feel to move the bat head around the zone and use all fields, hit a monster home run well over the fence in game play. Excellent student. Named to the 2023 14u Perfect Game Select Festival.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
