Cooper Marinelli is a 2025 C/2B, 3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Irvine, CA who attends Portola. Medium frame with good size and strength to both halves. Ran a 7.36 in the 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, good transfer and softer hands in the release. Good footwork and fundamentals behind the dish, strong on-line throws in drills. Right-handed hitter, wide base and high back elbow. Good intent in the path with a strong, direct path. Stays gap-to-gap and shows pull-side strength when squared. Very good student.
