Joseph Mittiga is a 2026 C/RHP, UT with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends East Cobb Baseball Academy. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.14 seconds. Hits from even stance with compact stroke, short handsy swing with inside path, stays on flat plane through the zone, flashes strength to the pull-side, body projects for more power. Worked out behind the plate, quickness to actions behind the plate, moves well, tends to stand straight up, keeps arm compact, clocked up to 79 mph on throws. Pitched as well, low 3/4 slot with quick arm and clean delivery, fastball worked 81-84 mph with good arm side life, showed sharpness to slider at times, flashed changeup with good deception. Named to 2022 Main Event Top Prospect List.
