Brian Rivera is a 2024 2B/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Kennesaw, GA who attends Kennesaw Mountain. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a rotational swing, has some hand quickness and has some nice bat speed, hands are short and quick to the ball, could get better extension and looseness out front through contact, projects well offensively. 7.42 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has good arm strength for the position, sound fundamental footwork puts him in position to field the ball cleanly out front, showed a quick exchange and release on his turns at the bag. Solid overall player who should keep improving. Good student.
