Branson Dykes is a 2024 2B/RHP, 3B, SS with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Statham, GA who attends North Oconee. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build, room to fill throughout. Ran a 6.80 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, moves around well on feet, athleticism plays in actions, hands play to either side, shorter arm action with a 3/4 slot, effort on throws across, shows ability to change slots, present arm strength and showed athleticism on the charge play. Right-handed hitter, begins with a wide base and a knee lift timing trigger in the box. High hand set and back elbow at the plate, worked on a linear path through the zone and caught the ball out front with the barrel, middle of the field contact with some present impact and projects well with added physical strength, consistent line drive contact. Named to the WWBA Workout Showcase Top Prospect List. Excellent student.
