Ryan Rhea is a 2023 LHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from McGregor, TX who attends Midway. Primary LHP with a lengthy projectable frame. He worked from the stretch with clean mechanics and fluid low 3/4 arm action. Closed release with riding life on the fastball and showed two planes on the breaking ball. Showed a good feel to spin a 1/7 shaped curveball with more tilt on a slider pairing effectively. Maintains the arm on the change up well with developing fade to it. Command is promising with more to come from it while the stuff plays with good potential to advance his arsenal. Good student.
