Troy Vosburgh is a 2023 SS/RHP, OF with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Oswego, IL who attends Oswego. He has a large frame with a thick build and present strength. Ran the sixty yard dash in 7.23 seconds. Primary outfielder that attacks the ball and fields it out in front of his body. He has a physical throwing motion that leads to good arm strength that he uses in throwing from a lower slot. He is a twitchy athlete with tons of potential in the field. Right-handed hitter that starts in a wide stance with low hands and a low back elbow. He has a relaxed stance and swing and quick hands that allow him to whip the barrel through the zone. He does a nice job of staying short to the ball and working through the zone well. He gets on plane and stays through the baseball consistently. He has a line drive approach and worked the middle of the field well. Named to the 2022 Chicago Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
