Triston Hargrave is a 2023 SS/2B/3B with a 5-8 130 lb. frame from Bossier City, LA who attends Airline. Medium frame with slender, young build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.31 seconds. Hits from upright, even-based stance with hands set high, swings hard with intent to drive the ball, clean stroke with hands that work through swing, good contact skill at present, will continue to improve as he physically matures. Worked out in the infield, feet work fine to both sides, plays quickly, fields clean and makes hyper-quick transfer from glove to hand, subsequent quick release, clocked up to 74 mph across the diamond.
