Caden Cuccia is a 2024 2B/RHP/SS with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Orcutt, CA who attends St. Joseph. Smaller young build with lots of room to get stronger. Primary second baseman on defense, is light and athletic on his feet, has balance and quickness and makes plays on the move, aggressive to the ball. Left handed hitter, has a well timed and well controlled swing, stays compact, fast hands that handle the barrel well, high contact swing approach that he executes well. Also pitched, threw only fastballs during a short outing, topping out at 84 mph. Good athlete who will continue to improve as he gets stronger. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
