Montrell Christian is a 2024 RHP/3B, OF with a 6-4 220 lb. frame from Forest Park, GA who attends Forest Park. He ran a 7.11 second sixty. A primary right-ahdned pitcher with a larger build. On the mound he starts with a side step up a higher leg lift and medium arm circle through the back up to a higher release as he strides down the mound well working into a stiff front side. the command got better int eh second and third innings as he mixed in the curveball with more effectiveness showing 11-5 shape with depth in the mid 60's. On the infield he showed good bounce in the step for the size working throw the ball well and carrying his momentum well into the throws topping out at 88 mph. Right-handed hitter, uses a low leg lift trigger from an upright stance, the upper half rotated well into contact staying connected with he lower half as the hands work down hill to the hitting zone. Good student.
