Jase Rutkowski is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-6 131 lb. frame from Seminole, FL who attends Osceola HS. Recorded a 7.51 second 60-yard dash time. Younger frame and build with some room to fill out. Primary lefthanded pitcher with an over the top delivery, a quick wind up, and lots of moving parts. Straight life on the fastball that topped out at 75 mph. Fills the zone up and can work to both sides of the plate. Good feel for pitching and repeats delivery. Softer breaking ball that he can land. Secondary outfielder who fields out in front and has a big crow hop. Gears up into throws but has good accuracy and carry out of the hand. Righthanded hitter with a high hand set, high back elbow, and a simple swing. Hands are calm in the load and hits the ball to all fields. Good student.
