Zach Creighton is a 2021 RHP/3B/OF with a 6-1 165 lb. frame from San Marcos, CA who attends San Marcos. Recorded a 7.11 second 60 yard dash time. Projectable frame with room to fill. Right-handed pitcher with a compact arm action and straight over the top delivery. Uses a nice curveball/slider combo that keeps hitters off balance. The slider has sharp bite and cut action while the curveball comes in slower with 11-5 shape and more vertical movement. Has feel for all three pitches and can throw them for strikes in any count. Moved the ball around and had efficient innings with little wasted effort. Secondary outfielder with good arm speed and carry to the ball at 85 mph. Showed accurate throws and a quick release. Right-handed hitter that stays loaded on the back side with a long swing path. Shows some carry to centerfield when the barrel was on time. Excellent student. Named to the 2020 Fall Academic Showcase Top Prospect List.
