Tristan Floyd is a 2023 C/1B, 3B, OF with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Green Valley Lake, CA who attends Yucaipa. Strong and physical build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 8.00 seconds. Primary catcher that showed off his arm strength by getting up to 76 MPH from behind the plate along with a 2.08 pop time. Also worked out in the infield where his throws reached 80 MPH across the diamond. Slightly open and balanced stance at the plate. Utilizes his strong lower half in his swing by getting plenty of rotation. Showed a flat bat path through the zone which is best suited for producing line drives off the bat. Good student.
