Noah Andersen is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-1 198 lb. frame from Glendale, AZ who attends Thunderbird high school. Features a projectable, athletic build. A primary pitcher that stood out at the plate as well. Andersen shows a 2-pitch mix (FB, CB) Curveball is sharp with 11-5 movement, fastball has cutting action and he works downhill with a repeatable delivery. Hammers the zone with fastballs and his secondaries consistently for strikes showing that his command was on point. Andersen had the top velocity at the event (87). Offensively, starts in a balanced, slightly open stance using a short stride as his loading mechanism. Demonstrated excellent hand/bat speed and lower half strength. Employed a pull approach where he was able to barrel up the majority of his BP round. There is power potential here. Was one of the top hitters at the event. High follow.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
