Reggie Sharpe is a 2024 SS/OF with a 5-7 145 lb. frame from Grosse Pointe Park, MI who attends University Liggett. Smaller athletic build with surprising strength for his size. 6.86 runner in the sixty. Has quick footwork on defense, can get around the ball to both sides, clean actions, more of second base arm strength and will fit well there defensively. Switch-hitter at the plate, looked very good from the right side at this event, has looseness in his hands and improving bat speed from this side, was on the barrel consistently with hard line drive contact. Left handed swing is a bit more downhill with a half grade less bat speed. Always seems to square the ball up in games. High energy player who enjoys being on the field. Good student, verbal commitment to Michigan.
