Preston Bielec is a 2026 3B/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Boca Raton, FL who attends Boca Raton Community. A projectable frame with some physicality showing in a medium build. Ran a 7.60 60-yard dash. A primary third baseman who had some quickness to his actions. He showed the pocket early and had a good funnel to the chest. Kept throws on the bag from a good slot at 76 mph across the diamond. A right-handed hitter with high-set hands and a high-back elbow. Starts with slightly open feet and uses a toe tap as he works into his inward stride. He had some impact when he gets the barrel to the zone to do damage. Worked the pull-side gap well during his round of BP. Produced 83 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Had a double in-game after roping one down the left-field line. Took to the mound as a right-handed pitcher who pitched from the wind-up with a big side-step as he worked into a leg lift up above the belt. Controlled the leg lift. Worked into a quick arm stroke with a whippy arm, throwing from a high three-quarters arm slot. Moved down the mound efficiently. Pitched with some pace and had projectable actions showing on the mound. His fastball was up to 79 mph and held 76-77 mph during his outing, with tons of arm-side run. Spun the fastball up to 2,120 RPMs. Also dropped in a 12-6 breaker with good & late depth. Struck out 2 opposing hitters over an inning of work. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
