Gavin Moran is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from La Puente, CA who attends Ganesha. Tall lean frame with a high waist and long levers. Primary right-handed pitcher, full windup delivery, short step to the side into a belt high leg lift, balances at the top and drives down the mound, inline arm circle in the back to a three-quarters slot. Repeats everything well with good balance and athleticism, commands a four pitch mix. Fastball sat in the 83-85 mph range, getting up to 87 mph with command to both sides, mixed in two distinctly shaped breaking balls, both in the low-70s. Showed a changeup as well with fading action in the mid-70s (1420 RPM). Clean operation overall with good projection to the frame and more velocity coming. Excellent student.
