Satchel Greene is a 2021 3B/ with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from El Sobrante, CA who attends Salesian College Preparatory. Medium frame with a lean build. Frame projects to support additional strength. Primary third baseman with clean footwork while ranging for and surrounding the baseball. Fluid glove action while funneling the baseball out front and displayed good feel while working to backhand. Keeps throw low across the infield from a compact arm slot, topped at 75 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with a slightly open stance and high back elbow set. Strides to a slightly closed front side position and worked to contact on a compact, direct path. Utilized a line drive barrel plane through extension while employing a mid field approach. Flashed the barrel feel to work to all fields as well when on time and balanced.
