LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2022 Northeast Indoor Showcase (Sunday)
Nick Rostock is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Exton, PA who attends West Chester East. Rostock displayed plenty of strength in the build with lots of lower half drive and push off on the mound, ultimately topping out at 85 mph. Starting on the 1B side of the rubber, the righty worked quickly with heavy life out of a 3/4 slot flashing a hammer 11/5 curve with tons of depth and bite. He successfully manipulated the shape of the curve at times to get additional horizontal movement. At 1B, Rostock had bounce in the footwork with clean turns and carry across the diamond. Offensively, the left handed hitter started from an open stance with consistent pull side contact. He had pop in the barrel when on time, posting an exit velo of 81 mph. Ran a 5.54 forty yard dash. Named to Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
