Ariel Rodriguez is a 2022 2B/SS, OF with a 5-7 170 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Sierra Vista. Recorded a 7.29 second sixty-yard dash time. Smaller, compact frame with some present lower half strength. Primary infielder with deliberate pace to his actions into the fielding process. Works downhill through the baseball, staying low to field out in front and shuffles into his throws. Recorded arm strength up to 77 mph across the diamond, while showing the ability to change arm angles when necessary. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, slightly open stance with a tight hand set, high back elbow and hover trigger. Contact oriented stroke with short, direct hand path and some present bat speed. Middle-to-opposite field approach with slightly inside-out hand path and developing feel for the barrel. Displayed occasional line drive impact to right centerfield when on-time and in-sync. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
