Aaron Firth is a 2020 C/1B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Irvine, CA who attends Northwood. Large build with room to still fill out as he continues to develop. Primary catcher, gets out of his squat efficiently and replaces feet well on his throws. Throwing motion is developing the same efficiency and he posted a 2.19 second pop time. Stays low throughout his throwing motion and shows some quickness to his transfer. At the plate, uses an upright, narrow, and open stance with a high leg kick trigger. Sinks into his load slightly then throws his hands down through the zone. Pull side approach with a line drive barrel plane. Good student in the classroom as well.
