Ed Michael Santini is a 2022 C/3B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Greenville, SC who attends JL Mann HS. Recorded a 7.76 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher sets low and even behind the plate as he gains some ground to second base with a clean transfer accurately throwing at 73 mph with a pop time of 2.07. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a narrow stance, high back elbow, and preloads weight on the back side as he drops his shoulder and works the ball uphill with a low leg lift trigger. Santini shows good barrel control and impacts the ball with loud contact working the ball gap-to-gap. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
