Alec Patino is a 2020 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Sioux City, IA who attends East. Ran a 7.16 second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a physical frame and athletic build. Has clean receiving actions behind the plate, showcasing quick footwork that gains good ground toward second base. Transfers with outstanding quickness, recording a 1.82 second pop time. Has some present arm strength, making accurate throws to second base at 79 miles per hour. Secondary third baseman that rounds the ball well, has clean funnel out front and works through the backhand well. Has long and loose arm action from a mid three-quarter slot, attacking the zone with a fastball at 82-to-84 miles per hour. Has good feel to spin a curveball with 11-5 shape and good depth.
