Bo Ziegler is a 2023 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Providence Day. High-waisted, young athletic build with loads of strength remaining to be added throughout his frame. Clocked a 6.84-second sixty time. Primary middle infielder, plays up on his toes, fielding out in front, working through the ball well. Moved well laterally, showcasing his range during his defensive round. Some present arm strength, up to 82 mph with accurate throws across the diamond. Very clean round, displayed intangibles to stick at short long term. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full wind up with an above-the-belt leg lift, remaining on line to the plate. Comes from a high 3/4 slot, tunneling his arsenal well. Fastball sat in the 77-79 mph range, getting on hitters quickly as he hides the ball well. Curveball displayed more slurve shape, flashing feel for spin. Filled up the zone and generated weak contact throughout his outing. Right-handed hitter, sets up with an even, balanced stance. Compact stroke, repeatedly getting the barrel out to the point of contact throughout his round. Showcased some gap-to-gap juice as the ball jumped off his bat at times. Present quickness to his hands, producing tons of bat speed. Tremendous student. Named to Sunshine Atlantic Coast Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
