Adam Abboud is a 2023 1B/RHP, 2B, OF with a 6-0 125 lb. frame from Diamond Bar, CA who attends Diamond Bar. Slender build, high-waisted frame with room to add weight and strength. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.92 seconds. Primary first baseman, moves well laterally, has an unorthodox throwing motion, clocked up to 70 mph across the infield. Also took some outfield, throws clocked up to 69 mph. From the mound, threw from the stretch out of a low three-quarter arm slot but had the tendency to change pitch to pitch. Lived off the fastball which sat 65-67 mph, running it up to 69 mph, with some sinking action. Mostly pounded armside of the plate. At the plate, displayed a gentle swing with a downward hand path. Good student.
