Ethan Hughson is a 2020 LHP/1B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Colerain, NC who attends John A Holmes. Medium frame with highly projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.51 seconds. Primary lefthanded pitcher, lengthy arm stroke through the back, looseness to arm, spine tilts at foot strike to get up high three quarters slot, fastball worked 71-75 mph, worked in curveball with 1/7 shape and good depth, also flashed changeup at times. Hits from even-based stance with pull-side approach, head comes off the ball, line drive plane. Excellent student.
