Anthony Depetro is a 2025 C/UT with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends St. Joseph by the Sea. Depetro works from a medium build with strength present. Working behind the plate, showcased a one knee set with good bounce/ground gained in the footwork. He displayed a quick mid-line transfer with solid life out of the hand up to 75 mph. Produced throws around the bag and posted a 1.99 pop time. Offensively, the left handed hitter started from an open base with a lower hand set, utilizing a simple stride into impact that generated hard line drives with carry to the pull side of the field. He has evident strength in the hands with balance present throughout the stroke. Posted an exit velo of 87 mph. Ran a 7.12 sixty yard dash. Good student. Named to Top Prospect List.
