Chase Stocklin is a 2024 OF/UT with a 5-10 171 lb. frame from Deptford, NJ who attends Deptford Twp. Stocklin works from a medium build with athleticism throughout. From his primary OF spot, he worked through the ball well showcasing an aggressive approach that carried momentum through release up to 84 mph. The transfers were quick and fluid with accuracy and consistency to the mechanics. On the mound, the righty used a fast tempo and high 3/4 slot to work downhill and create natural sink on the FB. The breaker displayed depth with good deception for swing and miss. Offensively, Stocklin started from an open stance with an entire field approach that peppered line drives gap to gap. The stroke was repeatable with young signs of power potential, posting an exit velo of 83 mph. Ran a 7.37 sixty yard dash. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
