Hunter Robinson is a 2023 MIF/OF, RHP with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from McDonough, GA who attends Ola. Large frame with a lean build showing room to fill out physically. Ran a 7.29 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, clean first step showing lateral range as he worked into the baseball under control. Clean gather out front and worked into a quick transfer and release. Accurate across the diamond as he threw it 79 mph. Secondary Outfielder, athleticism showing here as well as he worked into it quickly. Slows down at gather as he receives the baseball with two hands at times. Lower slot release as he threw it 80 mph. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, side-step to a higher lift working with a fast pace. Medium arm circle in the back before releasing from a higher slot. Quick arm as he released with intent. Lost command at times as he ran the fastball up to 80 mph and it was the only pitch shown. Right-Handed Hitter, open and balanced to start as he is relaxed in pre-pitch actions. Works into stride as he creates separation with the hands. Hands get deep creating bat wrap. Longer linear path as he looked to drive it gap to gap. Proved to have some pull-side pop when timed up properly. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
