Brycen Norman-Jimill is a 2026 SS/RHP/C with a 5-3 120 lb. frame from Stockbridge, GA who attends Impact Academy. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build and some present athleticism, room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran an 8.67 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop, shows quickness to actions with ability to adjust slot on throws, will get under the ball at release at times, shows agility with some range, will continue to refine accuracy on throw. Begins with an even stance behind the plate and higher set up, quickness to footwork, deliberate tempo to actions, longer transfer into a short arm action with developing carry. Also pitched, full wind up with a directional delivery to the plate, similar compact arm action and did a nice job of repeating while filling the zone; fastball topped out at 69 mph and was efficient in outing, showed some feel for landing a curveball up to 56 mph for strikes. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, utilizes a toe tap trigger for timing in the box. Comfortably worked to the middle of the field, remains short and quick to the ball with a present feel for the barrel and line drive contact to the middle of the yard; will continue to develop with added strength. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
