Carson Knowles is a 2024 3B/RHP, 1B with a 5-10 179 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert. Medium frame showing some strength in the lower half with room to still fill out. Ran a 7.15 second sixty yard dash. Primary Third Baseman, sitting back on the baseball a touch as he makes sure to keep the play in front of him. Gathers deep in the stance before funneling to the waist. Transfers and then releases from a lower arm slot. Accurate to the bag as he threw it 67 mph during drills. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively out of the stretch. Simple drop and drive mechanics as he lifts to the belt before working down the hill. Loose arm action showing a smooth delivery. Hit his spots as he proved he could throw the fastball to both sides of the dish. Topped out at 78 mph and mixed in a breaking ball showing depth in the mid-60's. Feel on the bump showing and has upside here. Right-Handed Hitter, staying compact in his actions as he strides out and lands in a good hitting position. Creates lag as he is short and explosive in the swing. Looks to lift the baseball at times and when he times it up, he showcases power in the swing. Projects as a power hitter down the road. Great Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
