Cameron Uzzillia is a 2025 1B/RHP with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Calvary Christian. Big and strong physical build. Left handed hitter, has a simple and relaxed approach at the plate, short barrel waggle to time his swing, has very good raw bat speed with plus extension through the ball, big jump off the barrel, fits the power hitting first base profile. 7.42 runner in the sixty. Primary first baseman on defense, has big arm strength for the position and some athleticism for his size. Took turn on the mound, throws from a high 3/4's arm slot, lands open with his stride leg but repeats his mechanics well. Fastball worked in the mid-80's with lots of sinking life, generated ground ball contact. Curveball was a solid pitch with good feel for the zone and late sweeping break. Very good secondary arm talent. Bat is his tool, though. Good student, verbal commitment to North Carolina State.
